Wire Fraud Notice

Read Time: 1 Min

Important notice for all current, future, and previous Noble Escrow clients.

Noble Escrow Inc., continually reviews our business operations to ensure the security of our customers’ personal information. Despite every effort to minimize exposure to harmful communications, phishing emails still find their way to our inboxes and those of its valued customers.

Many of these emails are efforts to facilitate wire fraud by mimicking a request to transfer closing funds and may appear as if they’re coming from Noble Escrow Inc., or a title company or closing attorney.

In order to protect our customers, we ask that you comply with the following instructions:

  • Wire instructions will be sent by a secure method, and confirmation must come from NOBLE ESCROW INC.
  • Noble Escrow Inc. will instruct our customers to call our office to verbally verify the instructions received.
  • Upon receiving a request for wire instructions, we require that you call our office to confirm the wire instructions.
  • Before replying to any email regarding the transaction, ensure the address is valid. (Do not just rely upon the displayed name.)
  • If you receive any email that appears to be suspicious, call the sender to verify the identity of the sender, even if it appears to be coming from a known address. (Noble Escrow Inc., employee email addresses always end with the suffix nobleescrowinc.com)

Protecting you and your security is our utmost priority, and we appreciate your compliance with this matter.

Very truly yours,
Cristina Zuckerbraun
President
